We have showings taking place every weekday and on Saturdays by appointment. Please call our office directly to check our schedule. In general, our appointments are scheduled same-day at a specific time, but please inquire about weekend or after-hour showings and we may be able to accomodate you.
Application Process
If you are interested in renting an apartment that you have seen in person, please request an application at our office in person located at 4217 St. Charles Ave. There is a $ 50 non-refundable Background Check Application Fee required with renting our apartments if you choose to apply. Once approved we give 48 hours for a lease to be signed before proceeding to another applicant.
Move-in
Unless otherwise stipulated in your lease, move-in for new residents occurs on the first of the month at 2:00 pm, RENT will be due at the time of key pickup. All keys can be picked up in the leasing office. Your move-in package will provide you with key information, including important phone numbers.
